Safety is our number one priority here at The Smoothbar.
With that being said we are taking every precaution possible to keep
everyone safe as possible .
All employee’s temperatures will be taken before the beginning of their
shift and will be required to wear a mask at all times.
We will be limiting the amount of clients and staff to meet county
requirements and continue to individually sanitize every touch point and
tool between each client.

* If you have a fever or any other symptoms you will need to reschedule and will not be allowed service
* Clients are required to bring their own face masks and wear their masks at all times when inside of the salon.
* Clients are required to come to their appointments with clean hair to limit your time spent at the salon.
* Clients must wait in their car until their appointment time and text or call the salon to let us know when you have arrived.
* Clients are required to come alone to their appointments.
* Clients are advised to leave all unnecessary items at home, please bring only what you need to your appointment.
* We will not be serving beverages at this time, if you would like something to drink please bring it with you to your appointment.
* Clients must sanitize their hands and belongings as soon as they enter the salon

New Pricing
* $100 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
* If your service exceeds two hours, you will be charged $50 per 30 minute increments.
* All add on services (bond rebuilders) are $50 and will include 30 minutes of additional time to your service.
*Any service that includes a complimentary deep conditioner at the end of the treatment will now be given that to take home. This will help us to reduce your time at the salon and reduce the use of blowdrying
* We can only allow one stylist per client to reduce exposure. If you have had multiple stylists work on you at one time in the past you will experience longer appointment times.
The Smoothbar holds the right to increase or discount prices at management's discretion without notice. Coupons and online discounts may not be combined with any other offer and limit to one per customer per visit.
Cancellations and No Shows
We require a 24hr notice to cancel or to reschedule an appointment otherwise you will be charged a fee of $100
If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the full amount of your scheduled appointments.
If you need to cancel due to COVID-19 please give us as much notice as possible
If you have a fever or any symptoms of COVID-19 you will need to reschedule your appointment at least 14days or more without any symptoms

Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not 100% satisfied with your service you must notify The Smoothbar within two weeks after your service. We do not offer money back on services but we will make every attempt to resolve any issue. Results may vary depending on hair texture, health of hair and products used between treatments.
Return policy for retail products is exchange only no refunds. If you would like to exchange any retail that has been purchased at The Smoothbar it must be within 30 days of purchase.

Child Safety Policy
Children are only permitted in salon when receiving a salon service. For safety reasons and Insurance purposes, no child under the age of 13 may accompany you while you are receiving a service. We love children and hope you can understand we can not assure their safety in a professional environment. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
