I had a smoothing treatment done recently at Smoothbar and am very happy with it! I’ve done a lot of smoothing treatments in the past that left my hair super flat. My stylist here talked to me about my hair type and what I wanted before suggesting a treatment that would work better for my hair and allow me to keep some volume. It definitely looks less frizzy and has let me cut down my drying and styling time. I’ll continue going back!

I got the Pure Brazilian treatment to get rid of frizz and relax my curl pattern (about level 2). I got great results and my hair looks sleek and flat-ironed after just blow drying it.
I've been getting brazilian blowouts for a few years now and I'm so happy I found this salon. It is clean and I was relaxed the whole time. I went to Bre for the first time and she did an amazing job! My hair is so smooth, silky, and healthy. I will definitely be back 🙂
The only small things that were off putting is the salon is advertised as Dallas location but it is very far north past Frisco about 45min from Dallas- I do wish it was closer. Also, I was charged extra $60 for extra 30min even though we only went over 6min on the allotted time. I'm hoping next time they can fix this because it is an expensive treatment as is especially when you include tips.

I did the FORMALDEHYDE FREE "SUPER" TREATMENT and couldn’t be more pleased by the results. The staff is so professional and treat you like a queen!! I’ve gotten Brazilian Blow outs before at other places, but what sets this place apart from them is the air filtration system that sucks out all the harsh chemical smells and the elite customer service. I will definitely be a customer for life!
This experience was a game changer for me. All my life I struggled with frizzy hair. After a lifetime of struggling with ineffective products and laborious straightning with a flat iron and blow dryer, I just gave up and put it in a bun. I went on line and found out about Brazilian blowouts and keratine treatments. I did not know much about those treatments. I thought why not! My expectations were exceeded. Lots of care was given which treatment was best for me. Jamie was very warm and welcoming. The follow-up was appreciated. Most of all they changed my life. Seriously, I went from just giving up and accepting my fate of "bad" hair to now embracing my hair. I touch it constantly and I'm amazed! The best thing is having fabulous hair with little effort. Priceless. Don't delay! Wish I did it sooner! Please see before and after below. The after pictures is my hair just air dried and brushed.
I absolutely love my Brazilian blow out and everything about this salon!! My hair looks so silky smooth and the blow drying time is cut in half. It saves me so much time. Bre did a really great job! I will definitely be returning to her.

I had the Brazilian Renewal treatment which is a Keratin treatment that also contains collagen to help maintain my natural volume. I loved the results because I got rid of my frizz and can wear my hair straight without a long blowout or flat ironing since my hair is normally wavy/frizzy. The bonus is that it didn’t totally flatten my fine hair and I can still get the volume I love. I had no idea so many different treatments even existed to cater to different needs and hair types! A salon totally dedicated to smoothing treatments is a novel idea, I love it!

Ok so I didn’t get a chance to take any pics but let me just say this. I dread washing or managing my hair in general but after getting the Super Smooth treatment and then washing my hair, it was the smoothest process: I mean no kinks, no shedding, easy to blow dry(less than 10minutes) and i have some thick hair. Janay always makes sure im taken care of and the rest of the girls were great as well!! 😊 and not to mention there was no frizziness after the treatment before I washed it. Thanks ladies!
