Hair Smoothing Treatments

All of our treatments are specially designed to help reduce frizz, add shine and help keep your hair
healthy. Some of our treatments focus on slight curl reductions while other treatments provide greater curl reduction. None of our treatments are straighteners, they are designed to improve your hair’s overall health and appearance. Results may last up to 3 months depending on hair type, lifestyle, and maintenance, and will gradually fade over time. Smoothing treatments may provide protection from external elements like uv rays and pollutants in the air. These treatments will not protect the hair from heat damage though, you will still need a heat protector when styling your hair.

coarse, curly, natural hair will react differently to a treatment than a client with fine, wavy, colored hair; even when doing the exact same treatment. Before Your Appointment

For best results, schedule any color services before your smoothing treatment or wait at least 2 weeks after
If you plan to lighten or highlight your hair after your treatment, this may reduce or remove the effects of the treatment
Let us know if your hair is very thick or long so we can reserve enough time for your service

During Your Service

Additional time and/or product may be required depending on your hair type, length, and density, and additional fees may apply
Hair with heavy product or oil buildup may require extra prep time, which may also result in additional charges

After Your Treatment

For best results, consistent at-home care and styling routine are recommended
Using professional, recommended products will help maintain your results and extend longevity

Swimming & Sun Exposure

Frequent exposure to salt water or chlorinated pools may cause your smoothing treatment to fade more quickly
Before swimming, we recommend wetting your hair with fresh water and applying a leave-in conditioner or protective product
Rinse thoroughly after swimming to help preserve your results

Extensions & Safety

Services are not recommended on hair with extensions, and results cannot be guaranteed when extensions are present
For safety and insurance purposes, children under 13 are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service
