Everything was explained clearly, including pricing, so there were no surprises. The service performed was one of several procedures offered & was done carefully, with precision, & obvious expertise. Actually, most information was provided over the phone, prior to the service, which I definitely appreciated. These stylists know what they are doing & do it well, so the client feels confident about the service performed. This is so important, so necessary for the operation of a business; especially, considering how many scam operations & mediocre business practices exist today. Best of all, I left with a feeling of satisfaction & delight in the service provided to me. A job very well done
